The Author is a nice person and would never do anything intentionally bad 
to software he writes. If something bad happens the Author is sorry, but not 
responsible. If something good happens he is happy to take credit. The Author 
is not liable for anything.

Sim File Maid is free and cannot be distributed for profit. Nominal fees to 
cover the cost of distribution (including CD media and bandwidth) may be 
levied if you're a skinflint. I didn't charge you, so you shouldn't charge 
others.

The Author will no longer respond to support requests. The software is free 
and 99.98% of all support e-mails have been either user error, computer error, 
or something covered in the FAQ on the website 
http://mattwork.potsdam.edu/projects/SimFileMaid/. If you think you've found 
a bug, feel free to send an e-mail. If you don't get a response, it wasn't a 
bug. The Author apologizes for doing this, however he simply cannot tell another 
person to download the Maid Helper files, update their out-dated anti-virus 
signatures, or read the bloody FAQ even one more time without donning a coat that 
makes him hug himself and relocate to the happy place with the padded walls where 
he can drool away the last of his days. Find a Sims-related forum and ask for help 
there.

Feel free to drop a "thank you" if you like The Maid. Appreciation is what 
motivates the release of free software. All "thank you" messages will be responded 
to personally. I, er, the Author promises.
